This was sooo interesting! I love learning how you built your worlds... such an interesting model and concept. And I love how you came up with the name! I hadn't heard of the Clifton Strengths assessment, but I will definitely check it out now. Are you going to do a post for each of the Ers? Looking forward to reading more!

And I do intend to share a post about each Er. There was so much more to them than what was described in the story. You can only fit so much detail in 1200 words.

So true! Knowing what to keep in and what to leave out with such a tight word limit is a real challenge. I think you did a great job at building each world just enough for the story you were telling but leaving the reader intrigued for more.
