Of those strengths, I think the most important two for a leader to have are Empathy and Communication. A story where the cultures are completely built around one of these traits sounds very intriguing. The planet of 'Woo' seems like it could be a particularly brilliant one - where everyone is always trying to please everyone else! Good luck with it... 😎
A culture built on Empathy and/or Communication would be like Heaven on Earth Right? But alas, these two did not make it in. Woo, either. If I Ruled the World does not have a happy ending.
It would be a beautiful thing if the world was more like that, yes. But of course, greed and the lust for power always get in the way. 'If I Ruled The World' sounds great, though, and I'll definitely be checking it out... 😎
I am really intrigued by the idea of using a personality (or strengths) assessment to plot out characters for fiction. What a great concept. I always find it adjacently interesting to see which of these tools different people gravitate toward. I have taken a number of them, but for me only the MBTI really "hits." I think it would be funny to create an assessment based on which assessment(s) a person is drawn to.
This Nas's song starts playing in my head everytime I read those words
😂😂😂
