The human-inhabited worlds of the Theda galaxy are called Er and each has a cultural system that embraces a CliftonStrengths theme.
I first wrote about the idea for these worlds, here.
If you haven’t had a chance to read the story yet, start here.
Hermine Er, the purple planet second from the right is led by the Harmony strength theme.
People exceptionally talented in the Harmony theme look for consensus. They don't enjoy conflict; rather, they seek areas of agreement. — CliftonStrengths
Harmony is a common theme. Out of 21,749,980 respondents, 4,269,554 have Harmony as one of their strengths themes.
But there are no countries on Earth that have Harmony in 1st place and most of the countries with Harmony in their top 5 are concentrated in Asia.
Harmony is also rare in the Theda Galaxy. Still, it can be found in abundance on Hermine Er, the headquarters of Travelers and Seers. By rescuing people from poverty and distributing their talents, they bring balance to the galaxy without using violence or resistance. They place them in situations that enable them to become valued citizens.
Why does consensus rather than conflict work best for diplomatic relations?
But how did the Travelers get there? And who are the Seers? Unfortunately, not much is known about Hermine Er except for their deep purple skies and purple people who wear purple clothes. Perhaps it will be flushed out in the prequel [Klado: The Unlikely Dependable] or the sequel [Trudi: The Queen of Indiola].
What should come next? Prequel or Sequel?

I have a new Substack sub-section called Kimspirations where I share my seminary experience as monthly devotionals in the flavor of Our Daily Bread.
